Hello! Recently after the Windows update, titles such as Fortnite, Rainbow Six Siege, and Overwatch became available again. I mean they were playable at mid settings with 60fps. I have a GTX 750 Ti and an Athlon X4 845. However, games from my Steam Laucher like Unturned and Warframe still worked mostly at low settings around 40fps.

You wonder if the Windows update improved your performance, but it might not be the cause. Look at how your GPU, CPU, and RAM are using resources during those games. Also, check the resolution you're playing at.

problems with compatibility being addressed. adjustments made to file usage in your case. updated code release for this purpose. i just want to say it didn’t lose you frames—how I see it.

Compatibility might be the problem. Vioha mentioned you should verify your RAM and GPU usage, as Steam could be consuming a lot of memory.
