Hello, I was hoping to play Grand Theft Auto V, however, it’s experiencing lag even with the graphics settings reduced. Previously, it ran smoothly on higher settings. Now, the performance is poor.

I also attempted to play Batman: Arkham Knight, which was similarly stuttering. I'm unsure if this is due to issues with my computer.

Specs:
CPU - Intel Core i5-4690k
GPU - NVIDIA GTX 960 (Gigabyte)
RAM - DDR3 8GB

Could you also state the age of your power supply? It's possible that outdated drivers require reinstallation, or that your operating system is damaged, or that the power supply unit itself is malfunctioning.
