I've played just two games on uPlay so far—Watch Dogs 1 and 2. After updating Windows 10 about two days ago, they kept crashing. The first time the "Watch Dogs has stopped working" message appeared, then it froze completely and I had to restart my computer. When I tried Watch Dogs 2, it closed properly and showed a uPlay window explaining the issue. I'm struggling to figure out what's wrong or how to fix it without reinstalling Windows.

Is this feature found in other games as well, or is it unique to uPlay titles? Are your system settings adjusted for performance, and if so, are your components adequately cooled? Could the GPU driver be the cause, or is there another factor at play? Might your PC experience issues outside of gaming, such as when using Aida64 or similar applications?

It seems your firewall might be preventing playback features. That’s a bit confusing—tbh, it could be worth checking.

The only other title I own is GTA 5 and it's functioning properly, although I haven't played it recently, so perhaps I should give it a try now to check for crashes. Temperatures seem normal, my GPU hit a peak of 75ºC during a hot period a few days back. I don’t have the CPU temperature reading, but it uses the standard cooler. I’ll play again to see if performance increases but I’m skeptical. The GPU driver is up to date, and aside from games it doesn’t cause issues.
