You're experiencing performance problems with games on your Ryzen 7 9700X after building a 4070, specifically with titles like God of War Ragnarok and Black Ops 6. The issues seem to involve freezing or crashes. Someone could help you troubleshoot this.

Check the latest specifications for your board, RAM, power supply, and other details. Confirm if you need the most recent Windows 11 version, BIOS updates, newest drivers, storage options, and firmware releases.

I own 32 essential gigs at 6000 watts, PSU is updated, and I’m using the GB650 motherboard. My setup includes a 2TB NVMe SSD, a 4TB HDD, and two 1TB SSDs.

Have you set up everything from scratch, or are you transferring a previous setup?

First step would be to reinstall all the drivers (chipset, graphics, network, etc.). Regarding your games—were they installed recently? If not, reinstalling them might help.

I attempted to reinstall the graphics drivers. I confirmed the chipset was correct, then performed fresh installs upon startup. The Gigabyte Control Center app downloaded several files, including Ryzen Master. It turned out to be incompatible with my CPU, so I removed it. Despite this, some games still crash.
