I can't determine the cause of your low frame rate issues. Could you provide more details about the problem and your system configuration?

How low can it go?
Your equipment seems suitable for most titles.
If you think about your CPU, check the heat levels.
It's possible you're limiting performance.
Start hwmonitor during gameplay.
Check whether your peak temperature reached 100°C or close to it.
That marks the throttling limit.
Examine the lowest temperature reading.
If it's significantly above 10-15°C compared to room temperature, your cooling system might be faulty.
Cooler problems could stem from a failing cooler, improper installation, or inadequate airflow through the case.

Update your post with complete hardware details and operating system information.
PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition.
What games are you playing?
Examine system performance using Resource Monitor and Task Manager. Initially, while not gaming and doing other tasks, then again while gaming. Use both tools sequentially, but only one at a time.
Identify which resources are being consumed and the percentage usage, noting what processes are utilizing them.

Execute userbenchmark and provide the public link to the outcomes. This isn't the most advanced comparison tool, but it's helpful for identifying parts that lag.

The CPU temperature during the benchmark was significantly high. The RAM speed is set to 2667MHz instead of 3200MHz for compatibility or optimization reasons.

How to perform these tasks such as checking the temperature and adjusting the RAM? I'm just a beginner.
