Greetings, gentlemen. My system consists of an RTX 2080 Super paired with a Ryzen 7 3800X and 16GB of memory. I’m seeking guidance on optimal settings within Modern Warfare to consistently achieve 60 frames per second at 4K resolution. Are there any applications available for download that would allow me to instruct the game to target a fixed frame rate—essentially telling it “maintain 60 fps”—and automatically modify graphic parameters accordingly? Although I’ve turned off ray tracing, I still sometimes experience frame rates below 50, which is unsatisfactory during competitive multiplayer matches. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

For optimal visual performance, Nvidia Geforce Experience remains the most reliable tool for configuring game settings. However, when utilizing a 4K/60Hz display, features like Dynamic Super Resolution might not function as intended. Furthermore, even with Geforce Experience’s adjustments, frame rate fluctuations are common in many online first-person shooters—particularly within Battlefield titles—due to expansive maps and high player counts. Reducing graphical intensity slightly and disabling ray tracing could effectively mitigate these performance drops.

For truly effective visual configuration, I rely exclusively on Nvidia Geforce Experience – it’s the only software I completely trust for fine-tuning graphics. However, when utilizing a 4K/60Hz display, certain features like Dynamic Super Resolution might not accurately configure the game. Furthermore, even with Nvdeo’s settings applied, you could still encounter performance fluctuations since many online first-person shooters are prone to such drops, particularly within Battlefield titles due to expansive landscapes and numerous participants. Reducing visual detail slightly and disabling ray tracing could significantly mitigate these occasional performance issues.

To achieve optimal performance, I maximized visual settings and scaled the resolution to eighty percent of its original size—a technique I’ve found effective with comparable hardware. The results are flawlessly smooth.
