This appears to be a Frame Pacing problem. I would reinstall or update the game and its drivers. If that doesn't work, I'll contact EPIC for assistance.
I've tested cs go but nothing seemed unusual, so only Fortnite matters, I've installed all drivers and updated everything.

Epic is a terrible studio, yet their tools remain the industry standard (Unreal Engine and soon the Epic Games Store). We handle their shortcomings.
