I’m the same, but results depend on several elements. No driver update has been released yet, yet we depend on these updates each time a new game launches. That’s what the game delivers at launch. We used to face fewer issues back then. One title that never bothered me since release was Shadow of Mordor. It ran smoothly with no stutters and minimal glitches, performing flawlessly even on my full system. Today’s games are judged mostly by 60% performance/graphics and 40% story content, because few have matched the depth of Final Fantasy 7 yet. I think the industry will revisit old titles once realism reaches new heights—possibly with a perfect remake. That would be impressive. Technology gives us more memory and buffer space, so games should run at over 100fps without stuttering. My upcoming monitor is a 144Hz ASUS 24-inch, and I hope it boosts performance instead of forcing me to rely on VSync.
I've tried it and it keeps freezing no matter what settings you use, which means it needs a better driver to function properly. While I don't experience this in FC3, most people will have a different result because of PC gaming. The fix is to stay patient and wait for the next update from Nvidia.
