I'm considering purchasing CoD: MW2 on G2A because it's just £5. I've always wanted to revisit the game after my Xbox Live subscription ended a few months ago. Instead of renewing, I thought about trying it on PC. Are you still thinking it's worth it? I really miss the game and was proud of my K/D stats on Xbox, which were 2.95—noob, I know! Thanks, Sean.
If you're purchasing it for the narrative, it's fine—five dollars won't hurt. On the web, things are different; many lobby groups get compromised and few people use PCs anymore (there were about 3,300 today, which isn't a lot). Having a CoD group would make it more enjoyable, but I don't believe one exists.
This campaign stands out among my gaming experiences. It was one of the top multiplayer games I've ever enjoyed until performance issues and hacking problems arose.
I haven't encountered any hackers and I've spent about 75 hours on it (Steam version).
It was probably one of the final COD titles where I liked both single-player and multiplayer equally. I haven’t managed to set up an MP game lately, which is disappointing. The Akimbo 1887 games were really cool.
For five euros I’d definitely add it to my collection, even just for the story. That tale was really unforgettable. In my opinion, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 sparked my love for gaming back then, since it launched in middle school and everyone raced to get it—hours were spent playing. If you have a friend to join, tackling all the spec ops missions can be a fun challenge!
For this cost I’d consider it, though I think MW1 is better than MW2. Both the story and multiplayer aspects are good, but that’s just my opinion.
