They encouraged you to download and play the current game, then push you to upgrade to the new one at a cost of $60 once it releases. All DLCs were removed, which means the game without them isn’t as good.
They aren't making you do anything, but you'd still need to pay if you don't act right away. You could at least give it a shot, and there are still options for builds without buying expensive gear.
