Looking up online, some users suggest it might be my UPS attempting to prevent my PC from exceeding its capacity. My CyberPower 1500VA unit should manage up to 900 Watts under load.

It might be related to the black screens issue. Check if the PC stops working when disconnected from the UPS and wall power.

Yeah... that would be a real problem. I filed a ticket with the PSU and GPU Manufacturers and will check their response or instructions.

It was the graphics card that finally worked! I borrowed my partner's 6750xt and everything ran smoothly now. I don’t know what’s wrong with this 6950xt, but it seems to be Sapphire’s issue now. Woo! No need to upgrade my motherboard or power supply!
