I followed the suggested actions—updating drivers, performing a terminal scan, and installing an update on Windows. However, crashes persist. System details: AMD RYZEN 5 3600 6-core processor, NVIDIA GeFORCE GTX1660 GPU, B450M S2H mainboard by Gigabyte. The summary indicates the software stopped working on 2023-02-17 at 3:03 PM. A status report was sent with details about the application path, signature issues, and kernel DLL faults. Additional notes mention fault codes, timestamps, and locale information.

It refers to a memory check using the terminal, not specifically the Windows testing app. The experience was poor, causing it to run multiple times. I prefer memtest86, which was intended to be more reliable. If the system doesn’t fail after startup, it suggests memory issues are rare. Heat could be another factor, though it’s worth checking. Running tests on synthetic benchmarks is straightforward.
