Hello, I’m experiencing a peculiar problem that happens every other time I boot up my PC. When launching games like EA Sports PGA TOUR, Counter-Strike Global Offensive, or CS2, it can take 1 to 2 minutes before they become playable. After restarting, everything works instantly and runs smoothly within seconds. Sometimes it functions perfectly without any lag. This issue started after I installed a fresh Windows 10 Pro 64-bit version about 1-2 months ago. I’ve been hesitant to do another full install because I don’t want to lose my data and am hoping for a quick fix. My system runs on an M.2 1TB WD SSD, with Windows, Steam, and EA applications installed. The hardware includes an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D (undervolted for cooling), an Asus ROG Strix X570-E, Corsair H100I Pro AIO, MSI GeForce RTX 3090 Ti, a GAMING X TRIO 24G, and several high-speed SSDs. I’m using a 32GB Crucial Ballistix BL2K8G36C16U4BL DDR4 3600 MHz drive. Everything seems fine except for the startup behavior. Please let me know if you can help. Thank you!

It might be updating one of those programs. RGB apps are often unreliable, so I’d think about turning them off temporarily. Also, check if the GyStation needs to be opened right after turning on your PC.

Sure, I understand. The only thing related to "rgb" is ICUE, which manages the profile for my H100i AIO. You could try turning it off and see if that improves things, or just run Gyazo and check if it helps. I don’t need it started every time, but I haven’t had any problems before, so I thought it might be worth a try.

Changes are happening frequently, which means testing is important. It might also be that a program updates automatically while launching games.
