You can achieve similar effects in GTA without the jacket. Watch_Dogs likely needs more than just weapons—perhaps some E3 graphics?

Anyways, if you got killed while attacking someone in multiplayer, then you're outta luck. It's a known bug and nothing is being done, currently. The patches seem to do nothing, and I can't find any fixes for this game-breaking crap anywhere.

I provided a thoughtful reply after my playful comment. I stepped away from the joking version to look into it further. It looks like the best solution right now is to submit a ticket through Ubi's assistance platform.
