The game L.A. Noire performs at a frame rate of 3 frames per second.
I recently switched to a twin-core processor in 2020, specifically a Phenom II X2 550. Previously, I had an Athlon XP 1250. I combined it with a GT 710 (2GB) and 8GB of DDR2 RAM. When I launched the game, the performance was shockingly poor – only 3 frames per second on the lowest settings, even after reducing the resolution to its minimum. What’s causing this? Are there any solutions available?
This game requires a more powerful graphics card than your current one.
The GT 710 model isn’t capable of running the game.
Upgrade to a higher-performance graphics card.
Explore this site at the provided link – it will provide comprehensive details about your computer’s capabilities. I'm confident your system falls far short of the minimum specifications for titles like L.A. Noir, let alone newer games. A substantial overhaul is absolutely necessary.
The necessary specifications include: Processor: Intel processors ranging from 2.2 GHz dual-core to 3.2 GHz quad-core; AMD processors with a range of 2.4 GHz dual-core to 3.2 GHz quad-core; Memory: 2GB to 8GB; Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT (512MB) up to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580 (1536MB), or Radeon HD3000 (512MB) to Radeon HD 6850 (1024MB). My system is comparable, if not improved.
