Is your account different from the primary one on this machine? If not, set up an administrator account. It’s unclear why it isn’t admin even though it’s the only one, perhaps a reinstall of Windows 11 would help.

I tried a mix of different methods, but it's hard to pinpoint exactly what fixed the issue. I used DDU in safe mode, installed and adrenalin 25.8.1, reset the factory settings and selected default installation. Then I cleared the folder "730" in C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\shadercache, checked the CS2 game files, and started the game from the main menu to inspect the shader cache. After these steps, the game ran smoothly without any crashes. Let me know if this helps!
