I attempted to run Viscera cleanup detail once more today, but I encountered significant screen tearing while exploring. Despite achieving a stable 60 fps with v-sync enabled.

Is your display capable of refreshing at 60Hz or above? If it does, you shouldn't experience tearing when the GPU maintains around 60 frames per second with V-sync enabled.

the game seems to have some issues, only a handful of problems. Click right-click on your desktop, open the NVIDIA control panel, navigate to 3D settings, add Viceral to the list, scroll down, and enable V-Sync and triple buffering.
