You recently purchased Forza Horizon 5 on PC from the Xbox store, but it fails to launch. The interface appears as if it’s about to start, then the process halts. This issue seems specific to FH5. Could you share any suggestions on resolving it? Video-of-FH5-not-loading.mp4
