I played Forza Horizon 3 on my PC last night, then shut it down and went to sleep. When I turned it back on this morning, the game displayed an error saying it couldn't open. There seems to be an issue with the application. Please reach out to your system administrator for assistance in fixing or reinstalling it.

I encountered problems with BF1 afterburner and fraps in dx12. Perhaps there was an issue.
