Overwatch doesn't respond after a single step. I can explore and use weapons normally, but abilities are disabled and movement is blocked both online and offline. I've set everything to low, yet the issue persists. My system specs are strong: i7 6850K, GTX 1080, 64GB RAM, 4TB hybrid SSD, 400GB Intel PCIe SSD, and a 4TB HDD with ample space. Both GPUs are AIO water cooled, so overheating shouldn't be the problem. Refresh rate is 100Hz on both monitor and settings. Other games like CS:GO, League of Legends, and Gear of War 4 run fine. Please help, Natsuu.

Consider updating OW and ensuring your GPU driver is up to date. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, Blizzard’s support team has proven effective based on my experience. Cheers!

Those settings won’t allow smooth gameplay—aim for a stronger GPU like a 6950x and see if you can hit near-zero performance.
