Hi All!
I just upgraded to an RX 6700 XT and since then (probably?) the games I try to play with Unity engine are running really poorly... like 4-10 fps in The Outer Wilds and Tabletop Simulator. I expected better with my setup, but I'm not an expert.
I'm also seeing similar terrible framerates in Tainted Grail: Conquest, though I've read a lot of performance complaints about that game, so I'm not sure if it's worth trying.
I have run DDU
Here is my latest UserBenchMark result:
https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/49528498
If anyone can give any advice or point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.

I just played Outer Wilds with the current version installed, though I haven't played it much lately and got confused while exploring.
Currently, I'm seeing around 100 FPS on my RX5700XT.
No ideas left. A Windows reinstall seems like a possibility but would be a big hassle.
I hope someone can help me out. Sorry if I can't get any further.

The only thing noticeable about your Userbenchmark is the presence of an old Samsung Spinpoint F3 spinning laptop hard drive. If your games are running on that device, it might affect performance.
I hope your games are using the 1TB SSD and you can turn off the spinning disk.

Thank you for checking, and good to hear everything is stored on the SSD.

Sure, I can run CrystalDiskMark on the SSD and share the results.

Not sure I did this right (let me know if I need to tweak the test at all and re-post), as I haven't used CrystalDiskMark much, but here's what I got:

Those figures seem great. It's not the SSD. I believe the Windows 11 might be a factor with your Ryzen CPU in games? Also, the UserBenchMark indicates you have a high background CPU usage, while mine was around 6% when I ran it, but yours is at 26%.

I’m beginning to think the issue might be linked to Windows 11 or the upgrade process, which could have caused the problem and I’m considering a clean install of W10. The background CPU usage usually stays between 7-10% when basic applications like Teams, AV, browser are running. I’m unsure what other programs were active during the test. My performance drops significantly in Unity games, even though utilization is low. Here are the performance metrics from the main menu of Outer Wilds and while playing.
