I switched to a 4070 TI and tested 1080p gaming. Performance remains unchanged, with consistent low frame rates around 20-30fps. The brightness is off, and it doesn’t make sense for a 144Hz screen to help.
Same issue here, multiple PCs built just to prevent stuttering. First one was a 1060 with 7,170 stutters in Fortnite (BFV), second a 10900K/3090 with intense stutters (BF2042). Now the third (current setup) is still stuttering heavily on Fortnite, Battlefield, and even Rainbow Six Siege… No solution found yet.
