i just wanted to run fh4 on my pc a while ago, but every time i try to launch it, i end up on steam instead of xbox. either steam just freezes or everything crashes. i checked the game files, they looked fine. reinstalled them on both drives, making sure each time. same issue appears. all gpu, cpu and drivers are up to date. occasionally my screen goes blank and i see a dwm crash message. i have an rtx 2060 and a ryzen 7 2700x, and i’ve played fh4 on my pc many times before. recently i updated to windows 11, could that be the reason? i watched some yt tutorials but they didn’t help. all other games work perfectly. p.s yeah, no caps—shift keys stopped working on my school laptop lol

This occurs exclusively in Forza Horizon 4 and not in any other game.

It seems the problem might be related to Forza rather than your general computer. Check the game settings, especially if you made any recent changes. You could also try fully removing the game using a tool like Revo Uninstaller, restart the system, and then reinstall it. I don’t know other options for this specific game. Good luck!
