I'm experiencing issues with monitor smoothness in games. Initially, everything worked well on my Acer KG251QDBMIIPX at 240Hz. However, after upgrading to a BenQ Zowie XL2540K and using the Strobe Utility app, I noticed a significant improvement—images became sharper, with no blur or pixelation. In contrast, on the older monitor, UFO tests revealed noticeable blur.

Despite everything being configured correctly (CS:GO set to 240Hz, mat_info confirmed), performance felt less fluid in games like CS:GO and Valorant. Even at my cousin's place, his game seemed smoother on a 144Hz monitor. I've tested various settings and drivers, but nothing has resolved the issue.

I've replaced components one by one, checked for updates, and consulted manuals, yet the problem persists. I'm unsure what's causing it, but I suspect it might be related to the monitor itself or a compatibility issue. The new monitor is silent and well-configured, yet the smoothness remains elusive.

Set the FPS to 300, higher numbers don't mean smooth performance. Ensure your server rates stay within the green zone.
