Hi everyone, I recently played a copy of RDR2 and faced several problems. After downloading the game, I couldn't access story mode, online play, or benchmarks. It signs me into Social Club before opening the start menu but doesn't proceed further. I haven't been able to launch the game since purchase. Another issue is silence even though the audio device is set correctly. I've tried various fixes: integrity check, reinstalled Rockstar launcher, disabled VSync, enabled firewall protection, deleted settings files, updated graphics driver, restarted the PC after waiting 30 minutes. The revolver loading icon still doesn't appear, and the game won't load further. This has been a frustrating experience. The main thing I've observed is slow loading times for the revolver icon, even after it shows up. Any assistance would be really helpful.

I understand you mentioned updating your graphics driver, but I also faced a problem where I couldn't proceed past the first screen. I simply removed my video drivers using DDU and installed the newest version, which resolved the issue for me. Perhaps if you didn't use DDU, you could try installing the latest driver instead. If that doesn't work or you've already done so, I'm sorry—I'm not sure what to do next. That approach helped me.

The issue might not be resolved by reinstalling the graphics driver. There could be other factors like software conflicts, hardware issues, or driver settings problems.

It turned out that adjusting your DAC to a 44.1KHz setting instead of 384KHz fixes the problem.
