This is an odd one. When ever I look around in minecraft, I get serious stutters and jerks. If I move around without looking around it stays locked at 75Hz, but the second I use the mouse to look around it drops to oftimes under 40 fps. I switched to creative mode and suddenly the stutter and lag is gone. I can even fly around pretty fast and such with a few drops to 71 and 72 fps when new chunks load, but nothing major. the jerk forwards stop too. I tried changing the priority to real time, I allocated minecraft 4GB of RAM, I made sure it had all threads allocated in core affinity (It really didn't like one when I tried that). I checked the server I'm using but it's barely got 50% CPU being used, with the minecraft server only using like 30%, RAM is fine at only 16.7GiB of RAM usage for the world server itself. I tried installing the Oracle Java JDK, but that didn't really help, minecraft says it's using Java 1.8.0_25 so it seems recent. Any idea's guys? The system specs are i7 7700K at 5.1GHz 8GB DRR4 at 2666MHz GTX 980 at 1535MHz

I'm not sure if you meant a server or there was a typo. Could you clarify what you're asking about?

No, there aren't many entities in that area. It seems to be a localized situation.

I believed it could be related to spirits, yet I visited a spot empty and it kept happening. It felt unpredictable.

Server setup in the Minecraft host environment is active, though the client isn't running on a server machine.
