You have an HP Omen 15-dh0138TX with an i7-9750H, 16 GB RAM, and an RTX 2070 max Q. Based on these details, you should see smooth performance in GTA V at over 60 FPS most of the time. However, you're not consistently hitting that number, and your GPU isn't reaching full utilization. Temperatures stay around 70°C, and usage stays between 30-50%. Your CPU is also running at 30-40% during gameplay, which helps prevent bottlenecks. In some areas you manage 100 FPS, but outside those zones it drops to 40-50. Your settings are: textures high, FXAA enabled, MSAA at level 2, no reflection or water quality issues, and extended distance scaling at 50%. Let me know if you need further tweaks!

It mainly relies on four cores, PCs share the workload, but the actual rendering stays single-threaded 70-99% of the time. Even high-end setups hit around 120-150fps at their peak. Performance in Ultra RUINS city is strong on grass, but lowering it a bit improves results. There’s more to discuss, but I’m currently on mobile. Using TXAA for 90fps+ FXaa gives 110-130fps, while MSaa falls in the middle.
