Samsung Magician may disrupt your experience. If you have it installed, simply launch it if needed and keep it running during startup. After restarting your PC, leaving Magician active ensures smooth gameplay, while closing it beforehand can cause issues.
The same issue is occurring with me, it began after updating my drivers. I might revert if needed.
