To climb the ranks you must secure 10 straight victories. The valve is responsible for its frequent rank adjustments. That's just how it goes.
Funny tale. I bumped up LEM over Supreme after two losses and one win. Then I dropped my global rank because I wasn't playing, and LEM took it. TL;dr when you lose rank, replace it fast—especially after a tough game (18-6 KD, 16-3 game). Just keep improving or you’ll fall behind.

So tell me Mr supreme how the fuck i am to blame for this? I was 6 wins in on DMG and literally a win away from LE as i was vs LE on my 6th win. My main dropped to MGE after 1 loss thanks to this shit update, and now my alt dropped to MG1 from MGE, and it's impossible to rank it back up.
Basic. The match works just fine. Any rivalry will involve some cheating. League/Dota? Scripters. CoD (lol, I get it)/CS? Wallers, aimers, etc. If you can't cope with that, you can't handle competitive play. It's unavoidable. Plus, you miss the fact that rankings have shifted. CSGO is still improving. Short version: Your whole "dead" claim doesn’t add up. You won’t climb from just a few games, and you’re not special.
