Dude, I am exactly like everyone else. I've posted many times on Reddit with the same username for reference. My PC is not low-end at all, yet games still lag or stutter even when they shouldn't. I feel confident saying there is no problem here if you want to test it yourself. We can compare our MSI Afterburner settings (with framerate and frame time) after playing a few AAA titles in some triple-A games.
Use Task Manager and Resource monitor to see how your computer works. Use both programs, but only open one at a time. Open the tool window and just watch what is happening there; wait until everything stays steady. Move the window around and start playing a game again, then keep watching for when things stay stable with little activity left. Then move the window left or right and see which changes happen on the system that match any stuttering or lag. See exactly what resources are being used, how much they use (%), and what each specific thing is consuming from them. Also notice all programs running in the background. It might take some tries to understand everything at first, but you'll get better once you know these tools well. Process Explorer (Microsoft free) could also help out too. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinte...s-explorer
