My computer isn't maintaining a high frame rate either, with big performance drops but never falling below 60. It's the only game I've tried that occasionally suffers from audio issues. GTA5 seems like it could improve, Rockstar is known for their attention to detail, and Max Payne 3 was a solid release for PC.

It functions well with Intel HD 4600 graphics. Stable and smooth gameplay at consistent frames per second.
