Every time I start Resident Evil 4 UHD on Steam, it still doesn<|pad|>. The audio continues to play and the program appears to be functioning properly.
I've already attempted the suggestions mentioned in this thread.

Settings tried: monitor frequency adjusted to 60hz/59hz (down from 75hz)
Used CRU app, enabled compatibility mode for re4 and ran with admin rights
Launched Steam as administrator
Tried the special K method, which I found to be very inefficient
Applied r4 tweaks for the ini plugin
System specs: Ryzen 5800X, 5700xt GPU, 32GB DDR4 RAM, Windows 10 64 bit, 75hz at 1920x1080
Anyone have additional solutions to share?

Discovered it was a graphics driver problem. Once I installed the newest graphics driver, I can now start the game.
