your cpu will remain safe up to 1.4, some suggest 1.475 as a secure maximum for continuous use, achieving around 4.4 to 4.6 ghz. why not attempt 1.35v with a single multiplier adjustment and test each cycle? when you reboot, revert the multiplier to 1 and re-test if stability is achieved, then gradually lower the cpu voltage until bsod and reach optimal cpu frequency/voltage balance. however, i have some concerns about your motherboard's overclocking capacity—it seems unnecessary to push it further when the cpu naturally reaches 4ghz or with turbo enabled. you should be able to maintain around 4.2 ghz at multipliers of 1.25 or 1.30. the metal block behind the i/o panel on your motherboard helps regulate the voltage for your cpu; ensure it stays cool and that temperature remains within safe limits. just make sure everything is functioning properly.
