I have an FX-6300 with a Cryorig C7. The screenshot shows my CPU at 100% during a Prime95 blend test. Normally it should run at 4GHz, but it's actually at 3.66 to 3.7 GHz. I'm trying to check stability but don't know if I'm doing it correctly. After about 20 minutes, CPU usage drops to around 65% and the speed fluctuates between 3.55 and 3.65 GHz. I'm new to this and don't understand what's going wrong. Thanks.

At 91% performance it will reach 4.1 under full stress.

3.5 GHz
