I am using a Gigabyte H310M motherboard. The back 3.5mm jacks are working fine, but the front panel 3.5mm jack only works for audio and not for microphone. I changed the audio settings to microphone to test, but it only picks up voice. I’ve watched several YouTube videos and tried everything, reinstalling drivers multiple times, but nothing changed. Can anyone help identify the issue or suggest a solution?

Hello there! Could you share the make and model of your case? For the front panel, have you confirmed that the internal audio header is connected to the case's front panel? Also, what BIOS version are you using right now?

It is properly linked to the f_audio on the motherboard and functioning well, yet the microphone jack isn't capturing any voice.
