I encountered the same issue but simply toggled the PSU switch on and off, and it functioned properly afterward.

Taking out the coin cell battery from the motherboard could assist. Also, unplugging the 24-pin and 8-pin power connections from the board may help.

As Fasauceome mentioned, removing and swapping the coin cell in the motherboard works. If your board includes CMOS pins, you can also disable them.
