The friend's computer is experiencing crashes accompanied by various error messages.
He often sends updates about his computer because he’s not very familiar with tech. It keeps crashing lately, and during one visit I saw several error codes appearing. There were at least five different ones: memory management page fault, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, kernel security check failure, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, and others. I’m not sure what’s causing it or how to fix it. We tried a fresh Windows installation, but the problem persists. It makes me think there might be a hardware issue, but I don’t want him to waste money on parts without confirmation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
