The friend isn't able to play GTA V.
He’s an i5 3230M with dual cores at 2.6GHz. It works fine on a laptop using built-in graphics. When you launch a game, the loading screen appears for roughly five seconds before it crashes. Need advice on fixing or improving this issue?
Have you considered whether this laptop might not be powerful enough for GTA V?
Dayum, the 32.6GHz processor on your laptop seems like it should handle things well, but in reality, it’s not strong enough for the game. It’s definitely running low on power.
There is an issue with the integrated graphics causing crashes, and even without the problem, it wouldn't work on those specifications.
It might be too weak after all. Your laptop uses an i5 4308U with Iris Pro graphics, and it’s running poorly. Since the 4308U is just two years newer than the 3230, the issue could stem from the integrated components not being powerful enough.
Perhaps the issue is too minor... My friends sometimes face this. They have an i3-2330M with Intel HD Graphics 3000, and they attempted to play Assassin's Creed Rogue. They're struggling to load the game, though it still plays with some sound.
