The freshly assembled computer started up... But it failed to begin.
It was actually a much more obvious mistake. The file ID VID-20221112-WA0001.mp4 was the real issue. I replaced it with another version and everything functioned perfectly. I’m feeling pretty foolish yet relieved. Thanks to everyone for your support and assistance!
