Type "xbox" in the Windows search bar, then navigate to the Xbox game DVD player and verify it’s disabled.

You can also remove the graph window (click detach at the top of the graphs) to obtain a resizable window that you can enlarge to display a longer time range of data.

You managed it. It appeared to fluctuate somewhat, though I wasn't sure if it was typical enough to describe as stuttering or something similar. Still, it did occur occasionally.
