Windows 10
Intel® Core™ i7-4770 Processor @ 3.40ghz
GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
8GB RAM
Problem: according to the title, every game I usually play or test consistently delivers only 20-50 frames. I’m puzzled as to why this is happening and it has been occurring for about a week now. I searched online for possible solutions or explanations, but nothing seems to fit. Since my GPU is overclocked with the afterburner, I tried increasing the clock speed again and then resetting it back to factory settings to compare frame rates, which remained unchanged at 20-50 frames. I’ve also tested games with different graphics settings—low, medium, and high—and they all stayed within that range. I’ve adjusted resolution, v-sync, frame rate limits, and other options, but nothing changed. Now I’m considering posting on a forum to get more help.
If you need further details about my setup, feel free to ask, and thank you to everyone who might assist!
