Also check the framing time chart on the Rivatuner Statistics Server.

In the Nvidia Control Panel, navigate to "Change resolution" and pick your preferred monitor. Does it display 60hz or 144hz? You remember adjusting it to 144hz manually.

Already tried that... It didn't work for me. Viewing 60FPS on YouTube or with friends looks much smoother than on my screen.

Verify the Windows display configuration and confirm it operates smoothly at 60Hz.

Navigate to the display area in the control panel, modify the resolution, and access advanced options. When the new window appears, switch to the monitor section and check the refresh rate.

You're asking for clarification on your monitor settings. It seems you want to confirm what you mean by "run with 144hz or 60hz" and that it works fine at the moment.

I don't understand your question, I don't have something similar to "advanced settings." After clicking "adjust resolution," you see your two monitors with their resolution and Hz values. Your main monitor is set to 144Hz, while the second one runs at 60FPS. In the Device Manager, the displays are labeled as PnP-Monitor rather than their actual names—this is typical.
