Hi,
I've tried switching the pump between pwm and auto but neither work. Getting extremely high temps and then shutdown. All fans are running, power supply is fine. Feels like all the heat is around the cpu and none near the pipes and rad with no noise from the pump so I assume the pump isn't working. It sounds like there's a bit of air in the rad but not much. It's less than a year old but has been moved around a lot. Not sure what to try next.
Thanks in advance.

Consider changing the header on the motherboard, otherwise send the AIO back for repair as it appears to be defective.

Thank you, connecting it to a system fan header resolved the issue
