Whenever I stream any game, getting lag in the stream while playing is frustrating, even though my game performance looks normal. I don’t know of any online tips that have worked before, so your help would be greatly appreciated.

Turn off internet connection
Remove the GPU driver DDU (clean without restarting).
Uninstall all processors via Device Manager (ensure it shows 16, and when prompted for restart, select no).
Restart the PC to BIOS and install the latest BIOS.
Then return to BIOS settings...

Follow these instructions carefully:
Disconnect from the internet.
Remove the GPU driver DDU by cleaning it and avoiding a restart.
Uninstall all processors via Device Manager (ensure there are 16, and click no when prompted).
Restart the PC to enter BIOS, then update to the newest BIOS.
After updating, return to BIOS and select default or optimized settings.
Power on the system and install the latest AMD Chipset driver.
Reboot and choose the AMD Ryzen Balanced power plan, then connect to the internet.
Install the most recent NVIDIA driver.
Continue all actions offline until the reboot after installing the chipset driver. After this, restart to apply XMP settings and ensure RAM is set to slots 2 and 4 if using dual sticks.
Download required files before proceeding, following the steps in order.
Also attempt a clean uninstall and reinstall Streamlabs.
Check for Windows updates (and optional updates) and install them unless the chipset update is selected. Enable Hardware Accelerated Graphics Scheduling in graphics settings as available in the latest Windows 10 update. Reboot accordingly.

Sure, I’ll try it but first I need to check if this will roll back my BIOS since I’m using an R7 on a B-350, which usually doesn’t support the R7. I’ve already updated the BIOS yesterday and I don’t think this is the reason because it’s been happening for about six weeks now.

no, it will refresh the bios, and don't worry, it will still back up the cpu in the newest agesa. Most B450 models support 1000 to 5000 series in the latest agesa. The site didn't warn about losing cpu support, actually my friend with a r5 2600 using the latest agesa on his b450m steel legend could run 3200mhz OC on ram (previously not possible, agesa 1.1.0.0 seems to be the case) and usb issues have improved.
