I own an i5 4690k paired with a GTX 960 and 4 GB of VRAM. I’m puzzled by the performance swings—sometimes it runs at 90 FPS, other times at 45. There’s also noticeable stuttering during gameplay. I’ve adjusted some settings without much improvement. My ping is solid, so it’s not just network issues. Anyone else experience this? How can I resolve it?
