No it hasn't, unless you can provide concrete proof from AMD that it's being included with X670. Chances are it'll come with X770, sure, but not the initial launch of AM5. I mean it's possible, sure, but highly improbable.
I don’t disclose my references, but there’s an 80% likelihood X670 supports PCIe 5.0. The main concern is whether Zen 4 will include PCIe 5.0 or if a later version will be required.
It's highly improbable. Even if accurate, it wouldn't cause much concern. I think we're still several decades away from needing a 4.0 system.
