Hello. I’ve been enjoying Fortnite with my companions throughout these lockdown periods, but my gameplay is experiencing significant performance issues, even when utilizing the lowest settings. My system’s specifications are as follows:
MSI GTX 960 2G OC Edition
Intel Core i5-4460 @3.2GHz
4x2 GB RAM Kingston 1333MHz DDR3
EVGA 600W W1 80 Plus White
When I play with my group, I can only achieve approximately 60 frames per second, and after several hours of gaming, the frame rate frequently drops to 40 fps. I’m forced to use minimal settings because I cannot reach beyond 30 fps on medium or high configurations.
I've been experiencing this problem for a while now, but it has become completely unplayable. Furthermore, my Discord application also suffers from lag and frequently cuts off my voice chat while my friends are speaking. This issue extends to other games, including Dead by Daylight and Assassin’s Creed Black Flag.
