I just discovered this directory in my Windows folder. A quick search didn’t turn up anything. It doesn’t contain any folders, but AppData has a Local section that only holds the ConnectedDevicesPlatform folder. Since it hasn’t been opened since March 22nd, I’m confident it’s safe to remove (it isn’t linked to any malware I’ve scanned). TIA

I would proceed to remove the item. Ensure you have a backup of your information, just in case.

Backup? What does a backup actually mean? That was just a joke if nobody figured it out. I removed it while writing, and so far my laptop hasn’t failed. I was more worried about where it came from than about deleting it.
