I upgraded to 9800x3d from 7600x. Initially the system booted but no display appeared. Switching the display cable to the M.2 connector resolved the issue. Placing the graphics card in the second PCIe slot fixed it, though it still didn’t work in the first. I reinstalled the card, cleaned the slot, inspected pins, updated BIOS (though I also tried an older version), used new PSU cables, reinstalled the CPU and cooler, and checked the M.2 pins—still no success. I attempted to set BIOS PCIe E1 generation and lane configurations, but nothing helped. I’m puzzled why it functions with the older CPU but not with this model. My PC specs include an MSI MagTomahawk B650, Wi-Fi M.2, Ryzen 7 9800X3D, Gainward Phoenix RX 4070, TI Rog Strix 750G, PSU Arctic Freezer AIO.

Your AIO block is applying excessive pressure on the CPU.

I also tried that. I adjusted the screws, but it didn’t help. It’s still unclear. The GPU works, the CPU works, but the MB isn’t functioning properly.
