I wasn't really familiar with this program, but it seems pretty charming. It might work well if we adjust a few things.

Pretty sure you can block a whole folder by messing around with it's permissions (group policy editor)? Could be wrong tho....

I evaluated various firewalls and TinyWall performed poorly, causing some issues. It might have been an outdated version. I tried ZoneAlarm which worked well but wasn't as strong as Comodo. Sunbelt (formerly Kerio) was my preferred choice, though it's no longer available and only supports very old operating systems like XP and 32-bit Vista. Now it's called Vipre, but installing just a firewall is expensive. Comodo or Windows Defender with extra tools seem better options. Check my earlier post for more details.
